Function:This machine is used for splicing and cutting wood strip (such us wood side frame,LVL).By end tenoning,glue spraying,flexible splicing,precise cutting in pairs,to realize 100% use of remnant material.Production efficiency is 5 seconds/2 pieces.

• 固定喷胶位置，移动锯切的结构，保证了设备的稳定性和维护的便利性；
• 尾部推压接长方式，避免了端部夹持接长容易产生两根木料一根实接一根虚接的现象；
• 碾压送料，解决了夹持送料时，坯料弯曲造成的夹手移动尺寸与坯料实际长度不一致的问题。
• Fixed gluing position and moveable cutting structre,to ensure the stability of equipment and convenience of maintenance.
• The end pushing splicing method,to avoid the phenomenon of one real splicing but the other one virtual splicing between two material if using end clamping splicing method.
• Pressing feed in method,to avoid the difference between clamper moving size and material length casing by material curving if using clamping feed in method.
